Our annual general membership meeting is usually held within the first month of November, typically in the cafeteria of Meadow Brook Elementary. Elections for board positions are conducted at these meetings. We periodically have mid-year general membership meetings in late April or early May when there are sufficient items to discuss. In order to vote on any agenda items or measures open to property owners, an eligible member must have paid their annual dues for the current year need to have been paid prior to the vote.
The homeowners association board meets every 1-3 months to discuss any pressing issues.
A number of committees have been formed to focus on specific areas of interest in the neighborhood: a social committee, a welcome committee, an Architectural Control Committee, etc. Each one holds periodic meetings on an as-needed basis.
